Who We're Looking For
Experience
5+ years as a professional developer with TypeScript and a major frontend framework.
Technical skills
- —Excellent JavaScript/TypeScript, 3+ years React or Angular
- —Strong Node.js knowledge (Koa, Express, or NestJS)
- —Static site generators (Gatsby, Remix, Next.js) a plus
- —Enthusiasm for automated testing
Other skills
- —Break down complex problems independently
- —Team player who teaches and learns
- —Agile experience (Scrum)
- —Git-based development, PRs, code reviews
- —Strong self-organisation
- —Clear communicator
- —Interest in AI-assisted development (Copilot, Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
- —Fluent German and English
